Chun Wo Tunnel Management Limited has announced the successful acquisition of a four-year agreement for the management, operation, and maintenance of Route 6. This agreement, awarded by the Transport Department, is valued at approximately HK$ 1 billion. Route 6 encompasses three critical tunnels: the Tseung Kwan O – Lam Tin Tunnel, the Central Kowloon Bypass (Yau Ma Tei Section Tunnel), and the Central Kowloon Bypass (Kowloon Bay Section Tunnel). Currently overseeing the Tseung Kwan O - Lam Tin Tunnel, Chun Wo Tunnel Management is gearing up for additional responsibilities. Following the completion of the Yau Ma Tei Section Tunnel and the Kowloon Bay Section Tunnel of the Central Kowloon Bypass in 2025 and 2026 respectively, our team will also manage these two tunnels under the agreement.
