Mr. Tsang Pui Kwan, was appointed as our Director on the 10 of December 2015 and re-appointed as our Executive Director on the 11 of December 2015. He is primarily responsible for overseeing the overall Management and Operations of our Group.
Mr. Tsang has ove 21 years of working experience in the Security Services industry. Mr. Tsang served as a Recruit Instructor in the HKMSC from June 1984 to November 1994 where he was primarily responsible for providing training to new recruits of the HKMSC on Basic Military knowledge and Security related affairs. Prior to joining the group, he worked with Carrefour Hypermarket Hong Kong Limited, a multinational retail group, with his last position being an Operations Manager in charge of the Security Department. Mr. Tsang joined our Group initially as a Training Officer for City Security in April 2002 and was later promoted to the position of Operations Manager in July 2004, Senior Operations Manager in August 2006, Chief Operations Manager in February 2010, and General Manager in November 2012 until he was appointed as a Director for City Security in December 2015.
Mr. Tsang obtained various qualifications during his service in the HKMSC. In April 1987, he obtained the professional qualification in compliance with the training requirements of the Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Cadre Course for the HKMSC. He also obtained a qualification as an Instructor in the use of small arms at the School of Infantry Small Arms Wing in 1988 and the relevant professional qualification in the All Arms Drill Wing in 1990.
In November 1994, he received a certificate of service for exemplary military conduct and character from the HKMSC. In November 2002, Mr. Tsang completed the “Train the Trainers” courses jointly organised by the National Training Organisation for the Secure Environment and the Hong Kong Security Association. In August 2007, he obtained a certificate of Port Facility Security Officer issued by the STET Maritime and Lion Security Limited, and that is recognized by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore and the Marine Department of the Hong Kong Government.
